In charge of consultation for helping utilize system seamlessly for Atpos users and customer support including A/S and upgrade and provide user education service in various forms in the period when re-education is required while using the system including the initial period when users adopt the Atpos system

Telephone consultation and remote A/S
Professional consultation is provided all throughout the year including all the inquiries of customers including inquiries for using Atpos, A/S request, and card-related matters. In addition, Astems is providing happy call and monthly analysis report
IT support team
System installation and field A/S
Provide rapid field supporting service including the installation or transferred installation of Atpos system when opening the stores, re-installation of hardware-related A/S and OS, regular check-up, and I/F test with external devices
technical supporting team
System development and upgrade
Proceed to modify or add the program customized to the convenience and demands of customers and sustainable upgrade for Atpos system including the development of additional program
development team
Server and data operation management
Proxy work for the security of Atpos server and DB, correspondence with system S/W error, server management and specifications upgrade, changes of program functions/improved development, and system consulting as a part of professional computer center work

When opening a store, various Atpos education services including open supporting service, monthly regular education service, store visiting education service, and online education service are provided
